As Hong Kong accelerates its role as a global biomedical hub, the Greater Bay Area International Clinical Trial Institute (GBAICTI) serves as a unified platform for clinical innovation. As part of our mission to provide one-stop support for clinical trials and develop regional talent, we are establishing the International Clinical Trial Academy (ICTA).
The mission of ICTA is simple: To professionalise the clinical research workforce and ensure Hong Kong remains a first-choice destination for global sponsors.
Why your input matters: Behind every successful trial is a high-performing Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC). This crucial function may be carried out under different job titles and levels of responsibility – such as Study Coordinator, Research Assistant,or Research Nurse - CRCs are the operational backbone of a trial site. They safeguard data integrity, ensure ICH GCP compliance, and manage the day-to-day complexities that determine a trial’s success.
We are designing training modules to elevate the standards of Investigator Site Staff. By taking 10-15 minutes to complete this survey, you will directly inform the design of our training—shaping the core competencies of the professionals who safeguard the research quality and institutional reputation.
Thank you for your valuable input in building a world-class research hub.
